Waterford Historical Society Annual Meeting

Fellow author Judy Green and I will be talking about how we've used resources from the WHS for research. Titled “Using the WHS Archives for Research,”  I will be reading selections from the three titles of my Lizzie Millett Series* showing how the stories have been directly affected by both the original source materials and published documents of the Society. Use of archival sources have added to the historical accuracy of these tales, as well as helped to develop the characters. As usual, my presentation will be low-tech, relying on reading from texts, both my own and the Society’s, and discussion.
